Once a payment is made and the Workshop reserved, the User may cancel such registration within the cancellation window.
In case of cancellation for booking(s) in relation to an event / workshop (as applicable) upto 15 days prior to such event/workshop, the User will be entitled to a refund of 100% of price paid.
All refunds shall be processed using the payment option exercised at the time of booking within 5 (FIVE) business days.
While we do not allow cancellations for Workshops in the 15-day window prior to the Workshop, the User may request to book a seat in the next available session of the Workshop by reaching out to us at contact@valuenasium.com It is hereby specified that Valuenasium may not be able to ensure that the User is reserved a seat at the next available session, and the same shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
In the event any event/workshop is cancelled, User shall be provided with a booking in the next available session of the Workshop OR allowed to cancel his booking.
In the event of any dispute, the determination by the Company shall be final and binding on the User.
